Enjoy Italy, enjoy Alba Adriatica means enjoy good food  You can taste delicious dishes of fish or typical recipes prepared with passion and professionalism.

For the first macaroni dishes stand out on “guitar”,  cannelloni, spaghetti with fish sauce or sausage and meat.   Also excellent are the bean soup, gnocchi, crepes, rustic ravioli filled with ricotta, sugar and cinnamon and…many other dishes.
Not just pizza and spaghetti!
In main-dishes excel roast lamb, fish, typical “arrosticini” cooked barbecued alive;
Excellent are game-dishes: wild boar, turkey, rabbits and chickens in a pan orbaked with vegetables and vegetable flavorings
The fish varied in the Adriatic ”soup” is spectacular.  It’s cooked in earthenware pot with fresh tomatoes and various herbs, rich in character and marine notes, with the final rise of hot pepper.
So varied cuisine requires good wines. Among many options there are three
great wines: red, rosé and white:
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, full-bodied red wine is alive and strong. If aged   buys a noble austerity. Recommended with meat dishes.
Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo excellent with fish soup.
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo is a balanced and dry white to drink during meals of fish.
